Fashion has been one disctinct factor which makes the aged ones look down on this generation especially the old ones here in Africa. You see, Africa is a continent where culture is paramount and decency is a lifestyle but unfortunately immorality has sneaked in.

We often blame the western world for the misconduct in our fashion expression and I strongly disagree, I believe as humans we have the right to choice and that choice can only be influenced if permitted.

Although I do agree that when the western world introduced religion to Africa their culture rubbed off on us but let's not be quick to forget that the kind of civilization that was brought to us wasn't that of indecency.

Judging from the picture above we can tell the colonizers dressed responsibly.

Immoral dressing is as old as prostiution, while it is untrue that the black race is the pioneer of improper dressing, the black race has also contributed to the mischief of fashion.

When hip-hop started it was coordinated by a set of highly intelligent black folks and it was used to tell stories, activism, communication and educate the public then it switched to a music for passing out wrong education about the street, gangbang, strip clubs, drugs, guns and the likes.

Whilst we have people who have decided to ruin the proper image of fashion via hip-hop, some has either consciously or unconsciously taken their stand to potray what fashion truly is, modest and classic.

The difference between a boy and a man is partly told in his fashion expression.

I believe private parts should be kept private as it is called "private parts".

To the gents and ladies, indecency in your fashion expression says a lot of things about your orientation on subjests like discipline, finance, marriage, family and spirituality.

It is cheap to dress decent and it is less stressful to dress simple.
